For this summer, the instructor is offering slow pacing of 10 sessions over thirteen weeks aligned to the October ASQ Exam Testing period.
The summer needs to be enjoyed. The program plan is to offer one three week breaks Thursday, July 23rd, August 13th, and September 10th. Live Class Dates: JULY 7/9 7/16 [Break] 7/30; AUGUST 8/6 [Break] 8/20 8/27; SEPTEMBER 9/3 [Break] 9/17 9/24; OCTOBER Final Class 10/1. The final class ends 8 days before the exam window. The ASQ Exam Testing window is October 9th – 25th, 2020.

About the Instructor – Curt Gendler, CSQE, PMP
Curt Gendler an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer and a PMI Certified Project Manager (PMP) is a Quality Senior Engineer at AstraZeneca Biologics at the Frederick Manufacturing Center in Maryland, USA. Curt brings real-life experience to his class for those who not only want to be certified but want to go beyond the boundaries of the CSQE Primer and learn through actual experience. He has worked in the Quality arena for over 25 years and over 35 years in the Computer industry. He has hands-on CSV experience and oversight of the Computer System Validation program (along with his group at AstraZeneca Biologics) and Management experience throughout the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. He is spearheading a CSV/A (assurance) training program incorporating the soon to be released FDA Guidance on Computer System Assurance (targeted to replace the FDA Computer Software Validation Guidance. Curt was recognized as a Quality Champion for introducing a leaner improved approach to Software Validation incorporating Critical Assurance based thinking and risk-based validation.

Prepare for the ASQ CSQE exam. Provide a strong knowledge base for implementing or improving software quality engineering techniques and practices in your organization. This course also provides practical skills combined with the instructor’s experience and unique perspective which can allow students to transition the skills learned in this course to their own work environment.
In addition, the Live aspect provides the camaraderie, collaboration, and connections with others in the field of Quality that may provide support and assistance in many other ways. Curt has presented this course to students across the globe.
The course workbook used is not included in the ASQ Philadelphia Eventbrite class registration purchase.
The $85.00 CSQE Primer from the Quality Council of Indiana will be required of each participant to purchase from themselves before the first class. The supplemental $35.00 CSQE solution set, is not required but it is recommended. The Primer will be used as the principal class guide. The Solution Set has expanded explanations to the sample test questions contained in the Primer.
ASQ Certification Examination Note:
Registration and fees for this class do not include registration for any certification examination. The registration deadline for the December 2020 exam window is several weeks after the class has begun. Consider waiting for exam registration until the class is confirmed to be held. Each certification candidate is required to pass an online examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the ASQ CSQE Body of Knowledge.
