Recertification

There are two ways to recertify:

OPTION 1

Complete the Recertification Journal:  Obtain a minimum of 18 recertification units during your three-year certification period. Document them in your recertification journal. When completed, send your documentation to the section Recertification Chair who will review your Journal for a complete and correct submission and will notify ASQ National that you have met (or not) the criteria for recertification or send complete your journal and send it directly to the national office www.asq.org.

NOTE:  The position of Recertification Chair is being eliminated as of January 1, 2019. If you plan to submit your paper journal for review to John Bielski our section Recertification Chair you must submit it no later than December 1, 2018 to give John enough time to review your journal and send it to headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (asq.org) for final approval.

After January 1, 2019 you must complete and submit your recertification journal online through www.asq.org. For more information log onto www.asq.org and navigate to: https://asq.org/cert/recertification.
